The 1 Yorkville condominium showroom interior included the design and fabrication of mirrored bronze-finish steel panels in the leasing office, paired with a digital display on the street frontage that draws visitors visually into the space.
The panels
Each panel was customized in an accordion pattern using brake-press machining, producing a reflective surface that pulls attention toward the sales displays and works equally well for special-event gatherings. The angular rippled geometry deliberately alludes to the Yorkville tower's own facade, which is also made of metallic panels — so the showroom previews the building it is selling.
Sales environments
A condominium showroom has one job: make a building that does not exist yet feel inevitable. Material continuity between the showroom and the finished tower does more of that work than any rendering.
