Mirage Condo, Surfside

As-built documentation for a residence at the Mirage Condo in Surfside, scoped precisely to what the owner and their designer required at the outset of the project.

Deliverables

We provided measurements of the existing residence scaled accurately, with floor plans, electrical plans, and ceiling plans as defined jointly by the client and interior designer. The package included an architect's certification of existing conditions — a document only a licensed firm can issue — alongside digital drawings in PDF and CAD.

Supporting the designer's early work

To help the interior designer begin immediately, we issued 3D OBJ files for rendering and design analysis, along with wide-angle and 360° photography for reference. Giving a designer a model they can render in on day one, rather than a flat plan they have to rebuild, materially shortens the front end of a project.
