A modern renovation in historic Palm Beach

Our clients wanted an inspired but deliberately budget-conscious renovation of their oceanfront condominium in the prestigious Ambassador II in Palm Beach. The goal was to modernize the space while keeping the light, airy, coastal character the location deserves — blending modern minimalism with beach-inspired elements.

Kitchen

We opened the kitchen into the living space using semi-custom cabinetry from IKEA, which kept the project inside budget while still delivering a high-end result. Sleek piano-white finishes were paired with stainless appliances and mirrored lighting, amplifying both the natural light and the ocean views.

Bathrooms

The bathrooms took a minimalist, beach-inspired direction — bleached wood and frosted glass for a breezy, tranquil feel, with Italian porcelain tile and Calacatta gold-look quartz adding understated luxury.

Palette and furnishings

A cohesive palette of soft neutrals runs throughout: beige linens, grey velvet, and concrete-look tile that complement the natural surroundings. Luxury wall coverings, contemporary lighting, and carefully selected decor balance contemporary and classical without tipping into either.

Delivery

Our team handled permitting and guided the project through construction, then completed the work by selecting furnishings and decor aligned with the clients' vision — a refreshed oceanfront home delivered against a defined budget.
