Detailing and millwork
Custom millwork by WM Woodworks runs throughout the residence, designed in collaboration with Scott Himmel & Co. Kitchen and bath trim was supplied by Ferguson Enterprises, glass and mirror by Perfection Mirrors and Glassworks, and lighting by CSL and Lightheaded, with electrical by Atlantic South Electric.
Team coordination
Projects with this many specialist trades succeed or fail on coordination. Working alongside Derco Construction Co. and Calc Engineering, our drawings held the interfaces between millwork, glass, lighting, and MEP so that each trade could fabricate to a single, consistent set of dimensions.
